ok so this week

I'm just about to starve. As easy as last week was this week is hard. Its the middle of my "cycle" and I usually eat alot. I guess. I didn't even know I did it. I want alot of snacks and can't have them. So I'm drinking water, water, water and hoping that I survive the week. Next week will be much easier.

100 cal paks for the weekend. Any suggestions as to which ones?????

I'll keep you updated on my starvation week.

use your 35 extra pnts and also know that some days are just ment for eating.100 calorie packs I prefer the chocolate chip gronola bar cause it has more fiber and not that manny pnts.a

no angie for me I can't cheat. I can't eat the 35 extra. I can't just eat. I have to get to 20 pounds then I'll maybe have a cheat day or two. Then 40 pounds and I might have another cheat day.
