how many pounds the first week ?.....

4 i just want to thank the number 4, that's how many pounds I lost this week. So I'll bring anything you want for the weekend scrap adventure, I just need to know what other people are bringing so I can plan accordingly. see ya soon

i haven't decided what I'm taking thinking of some 100 cal paks with points figured out and if they are bringing chili one day. what else do we need to you think??

Way to go Michelle!!!!

I'm going to make the SB chili for Friday. Veggie tray sounds great and I believe DH mentioned fruit. That all sounds good. The 100 calorie snacks are a great dessert treat.
